This page is set aside for your memories.  If you have any images you would like to share – it would be great to be able to put them on this website so that others can see them.

Could you please say if you have any vintage tractors/machineery still in use?

Who has the oldest vintage equipment still in use………?

Let’s get the ball rolling.

I would guess the oldest person who has vintage machinery is a gentleman from near Whittlesey. He has an amazing horse drawn carts and implements Caterpillar D2, International crawler, Case, Nuffield 4/60, Fordson Major, water-washer Standard Ford, a trio of John Deeres, Field Marshall Series I, II & III, David Brown Cropmaster & 2D. Take a look at this website for further details.

    Anyone else?

Just found this site and thought I would share a memory of my grandad who was a stockman for a farmer at Bury near Ramsey, just about in the fens.

I can remember him telling me on more than one occasion how he had walked cattle from the farm at Bury to Cambridge crossing the Great Ouse using the ferry at the Pike and Eel Needingworth.
